Terms of Service

These terms cover renting moving totes and dollies from Stillwater Totes, and our realtor gift program. Stillwater Totes is operated by Kovar Digital LLC in Stillwater, Minnesota. By booking, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email [email protected].

Reservations

Booking on our site sends us a request. Your reservation is set once we confirm it by text or email. If we can't serve your address or dates, we'll tell you, and you owe nothing.

Rental period

Rentals run 2 or 4 weeks from your drop-off date, as shown when you book. Need more time? Ask before your pickup date and we'll extend you at our current rate. If the totes aren't ready at pickup and we can't reach you, we may charge for the extra time at that rate.

Payment

Nothing is due when you book. You pay the price shown for your plan at drop-off. Prices are listed on our site and can change, but your confirmed booking keeps its price.

Using the totes

• Keep each tote under 50 lbs.
• Use them for household goods. Don't pack anything hazardous, flammable, illegal, perishable or wet.
• Empty the totes before pickup. We're not responsible for anything left inside.
• Lift with care. You use the totes and dolly at your own risk.

Lost or damaged totes

You're responsible for the totes and dolly from drop-off until we pick them up. Normal wear is fine. If a tote or dolly is lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal wear, we charge its replacement cost. We'll tell you the amount before we charge it.

Drop-off and pickup

We deliver to the addresses you give us, within our service area. You don't need to be home if the totes can be left somewhere safe and reachable. For pickup, leave them empty and stacked where we agreed.

Changes and cancellations

You can change your dates or cancel any time before drop-off at no charge. Reply to your confirmation email or text us.

Gift codes

A gift code from a real estate agent can be used once, for one booking, before the date shown with the code. It covers up to its stated value (our Studio plan, or that amount off a larger plan). Codes have no cash value and can't be combined.

Realtor gift program

• Each gift credit lets you send one gift code. Credits are added after we receive your payment.
• Monthly and Team plans renew each month until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing us; you keep any credits you've already paid for.
• You can cancel a gift your client hasn't used yet from your account, and the credit comes back to you.
• Credits and gifts have no cash value.
• Only send gifts to clients who expect to hear from you. We email them on your behalf with your name on the gift.

Text messages

If you opt in, we text you about your drop-off and pickup. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.

Our responsibility

We do our best to show up on time with clean, sound totes. We're not responsible for damage to the things you pack, or for delays caused by weather, traffic or things outside our control. If something goes wrong on our side, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Minnesota law.
