Stillwater Totes is operated by Kovar Digital LLC in Stillwater, Minnesota. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it. We don't sell your information.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, email, phone, delivery and pickup addresses, dates, plan, any gift code, and notes you add.
- Real estate agents: your name, brokerage, email and phone, your plan and credits, and the gifts you send, including the client name and email you enter.
- Visits: basic, anonymous traffic stats (pages viewed, rough location, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. We also note which ad or link brought you to the site, if any.
How we use it
- To confirm your booking, deliver and pick up totes, and contact you about it.
- To send confirmation and booking emails, and texts if you opt in.
- For agents: to run your account, send your gifts, and show you when a gift is booked.
- To understand what's working on our site and in our ads.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our site: Cloudflare hosts the site, stores bookings and sends our emails. Google suggests addresses as you type, so the address text you enter is sent to Google for that.
- Your real estate agent, if you booked with their gift code: they can see that the gift was booked. They don't see your payment or the details of your move.
- When required by law.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use one cookie, to keep real estate agents signed in to their account. The rest of the site works without cookies. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records as long as we need them to run the business and for our tax records. Ask us any time to delete your information and we'll remove what we don't need to keep by law.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Children
Our site is for adults arranging a move. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
