How do drop-off and pickup work?
We bring clean totes and a dolly to your door on your drop-off date. When you're done, leave them empty and stacked at your new place and we pick them up. Drop-off and pickup are free in our service area.
What if I need them longer than 2 weeks?
Choose the 4-week rental above, or ask us to extend once you have the totes.
Do I clean the totes before pickup?
No. Empty them and stack them. We clean every tote between moves.
Where do you deliver?
Stillwater, Oak Park Heights, Bayport, Lake Elmo, Afton, Lakeland, Marine on St. Croix, Grant, Mahtomedi, Hudson and North Hudson. Moving farther? Ask, we can go a little farther for a small fee.
I have a gift code from my realtor. How do I use it?
Enter it in the gift code box. It covers our Studio plan, or takes $99 off a bigger one.
How big are the totes?
Each one holds about as much as a medium moving box, up to 50 lbs. The lids lock shut, so they stack on a truck without tipping.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you know your dates. We need at least 2 days' notice, and busy weekends fill up first.
